end user documentation?

Hello,
I'm having a bit of a problem getting started with z3ext. Installing it using buildout is easy, but how to proceed from there? Is there some kind of "design overview" and maybe a list detailing the use of the included functionality? Maybe some best practices or notes for Plone refugees?
